ONYXIA;
He said he would be here, and she would wait as her anxiety grew when she didn't see him nearby. Was she a fool for thinking he would show up? It was so long ago since she'd seen him last, and though he promised her a date he didn't really owe her much of anything. She tucked her long curly locks behind her hair as she walked through the vendors, alone, looking at different trinkets and fabrics that caught her eye. They tried to upsell her, even though she had yet to buy anything, and she found herself growing overwhelmed by not only the crowd, but the pressure of the vendor as well. Onyxia backed away even as they tried to adorn her in bracelets and jewelry, some even touching her long curly hair and temping her with the promise they could straighten it. "No, I'm all set, thanks," she backed away and bumped into someone in the process.
She twirled on her heals, "Oh, I'm s—," and then she saw him and a small smile tugged against her lips. "Hey Golden boy," she pulled her thick locks back and over her shoulders, giving him a soft hug if he would allow it. "I thought you were going to stand me up," she admitted softly, looking back over at the vendors who gave her sideways glances every now and again.
"Did you want to sit and eat or grab a drink?" It was a long, long time since Onyxia been on a date, and to be honest she almost forgot what that consisted of. She hoped he had some ideas in mind as she allowed her anxiety to come down in the meantime.
